° En los documentos de fianza que deberán prestar los introductores de armas o municiones se comprometerá a venderlos exclusivamente a los individuos que, en virtud de disposiciones vigentes sobre la materia, estén provistos de un permiso legalmente expedido para llevar armas consigo, lo cual harán constar en un registro de ventas que abrirán al efecto. Cuando se tratare de elementos distintos de los concernientes a armas de fuego, la fianza se referirá a la obligación de venderlos únicamente a quienes comprobaren que los dedican únicamente a usos industriales o comerciales.
