1La Solicitud De Los Permisos De Que Trata El Artículo 1° Del Decreto Número 1759, De 13 De Septiembre Último, Y El Otorgamiento De Las Fianzas Consecuenciales La Concesión De Aquéllos, Deberán Efectuarse Previamente Antes De Ordenarlos Al Exterior2Los Agentes Consulares De La República Acreditados En Los Puertos De Embarque, Se Abstendrán De Visar Las Facturas Consulares Para Los Elementos De Que Trata El Decreto En Referencia, Si Al Presentarles Los Documentos Justificativos Que Son De Rigor, No Se Acompaña La Certificación En Que Conste Que Se Han Llenado Los Requisitos De Permiso Y Fianza Mencionados En El Artículo Precedente, Lo Cual Hará Constar En La Respectiva Factura, Acompañando El Comprobante Del Caso, A Fin De Que En La Aduana Sea Confrontado Con La Notificación De La Autoridad Que Expidió La Licencia3En Los Documentos De Fianza Que Deberán Prestar Los Introductores De Armas O Municiones Se Comprometerá A Venderlos Exclusivamente A Los Individuos Que, En Virtud De Disposiciones Vigentes Sobre La Materia, Estén Provistos De Un Permiso Legalmente Expedido Para Llevar Armas Consigo, Lo Cual Harán Constar En Un Registro De Ventas Que Abrirán Al Efecto
