Concepto . La extinción de dominio es una consecuencia patrimonial de actividades ilícitas o que deterioran gravemente la moral social, consistente en la declaración de titularidad a favor del Estado de los bienes a que se refiere esta ley, por sentencia, sin contraprestación ni compensación de naturaleza alguna para el afectado.
