No obstante lo dispuesto en el Artículo 39 de la Ley 0134 de 1931, las cooperativas o secciones de crédito que se funden sobre la base de la responsabilidad solidaria o limitada de los socios, podrán constituirse y empezar a funcionar sin necesidad de suscribir determinado capital y de pagar la cuota inicial. El capital podrá formarse, suscribirse y pagarse después de estar constituidas y autorizadas tales sociedades.
