Los Colegios que por leyes anteriores gocen de auxilios especiales, no tendrán derecho a cobrar esos y el decreto por la presente Ley; podrán si elegir entre este y aquellos auxilios, elección que deberá ser puesta en conocimiento del Gobierno dentro de los tres meses siguientes a la promulgación de esta Ley. Pero para tener derecho al uno o al otro auxilio es necesario que tales establecimientos llenen las condiciones exigidas en los parágrafos 1° y 2° del Artículo 1° de la presente Ley.
