Artículo único . Prorrógase por todo el curso del presente mes la existencia de las Administraciones Departamentales de Hacienda Nacional de Ipiales, Tumaco y el Distrito Capital, prórroga que se entiende para la rendición de cuentas y arreglo de los demás asuntos que hayan quedado pendientes en dichas Oficinas.
