Además de los sueldos mencionados, destínase la suma de treinta mil pesos ($ 30,000) oro anuales, para atender al cumplimiento de la presente Ley, los que serán incluidos en los Presupuestos Nacionales desde el l.°. de enero de 1914 en adelante.
