Las utilidades liquidas, después de constituir ias reservas o apropiaciones necesarias para prestaciones sociales y depreciación de activos, se distribuirán así
a)
Para Fondo de Reserva Legal;
b)
Para pagar a los accionistas, distintos del Gobierno, el dividendo a que se refiere el artículo 4° de la Ley 5ª de 1944;
c)
Para constituir reservas especiales determinadas por la Junta Directiva, con el voto favorable del Ministro de la Economía Nacional;
d)
Para formar, con las utilidades que correspondan al Gobierno, un fondo especial de recapitalización, de acuerdo con el artículo 4o de la Ley 5ª de 1944.
