Ley 28 de 1963 · Por la cual se subrogan los Decretos legislativos 0593 de 1956 y 0224 de 1957, sobre la Corporación Proveedora de Instituciones de Asistencia Social, y se dictan otras disposiciones

Todas las adquisiciones de productos farmacéuticos, elementos y equipos de asistencia medica y odontológica que actualmente realiza el Estado por conducto de distintos Ministerios o Departamentos Administrativos quedan centralizados y deberán hacerse por intermedio de la Corporación Proveedora de Instituciones de Asistencia Social.

Parágrafo

Igualmente las instituciones de asistencia publica o social tanto oficiales como privadas que reciban auxilios del Gobierno Nacional deberán acreditar que efectúan la adquisición de los elementos a que se refiere el presente articulo en la Corporación, para que pueda hacerlos efectivos.
