Artículo único Los facultativos a que se refiere el artículo 7º. de la ley 29 de 1939, serán los médicos oficiales del servicio nacional o, en su defecto, los que indique el ministerio o entidad que deba decidir de la reclamación. Tales facultativos acreditaran la identidad de la persona que ha sido examinada en forma que no deje lugar a duda alguna. Comuníquese y publíquese.
