Art. 157. El cuerpo del delito se comprueba con el prolijo examen que se haga por facultativos ó peritos de las huellas, rastros ó señales que haya dejado el hecho,ó con las deposiciones de los testigos que hayan visto ó sepan de otro modo la perpetración del mismo hecho, ó con indicios necesarios ó vehementes que produzcan el pleno convencimiento de dicha perpetración.
