Toda persona extraña al tren de pesca que llegue a establecerse en el campamento con ventas de víveres o cualquier otro pretexto, deberá contar previamente con el Inspector de Pesca, quien le señalará su sitio. Queda desde luego sujeto a las disposiciones de Policía y orden que en el campamento rijan. Y si por repetidos exceso alcohólicos o contravenciones a los reglamentos y a las disposiciones de Policía allí establecidos, se acreditare como perniciosa, será extrañada del campamento y sus inmediaciones.
