Art. 3.° Los Contadores supernumerarios se ocuparán en el exámen i fenecimiento de las cuentas mencionadas, debiendo empezar por las mas atrasadas, i procediendo para ello conforme a las disposiciones respectivas de la lei de 8 de abril de 1858, orgánica de la Oficina jeneral de Cuentas, i de sus adicionales de 13 de julio de 1867 i de 2 i 4 de junio de 1868.
