Art. 22. El Rematador que haya afianzado debidamente y que haya sido puesto es posesión, sustituye á la Intendencia en los derechos qua ella tiene. En consecuencia puede perseguir el fraude, por sí ó por medio de sus agentes, visitar las tiendas y demás lugares en que se vendan licores monopolizados y prescribir las formalidades coa que se puedan transportar y vender.,
