Nuevo. Las decisiones en materia fiscal que deba adoptar el Gobierno Nacional son competencia exclusiva del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
Para efectos previstos en el artículo 115 de la Constitución Política, el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, en materia fiscal, tendrá que actuar como parte del Gobierno Nacional.
Cualquier disposición en contrario quedará derogada y la que se dicte no tendrá ningún efecto .
