La providencia contendrá el resumen de los hechos, el análisis de las pruebas practicadas y los fundamentos jurídicos de la respectiva decisión. En la parte resolutiva se absolverá o se impondrá la sanción disciplinaria que corresponda, se notificará por edicto que permanecerá fijado durante cinco (5) días en la Secretaría General de la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro y se dará aplicación a lo dispuesto en el inciso 2º del artículo 214 del Decreto-ley 0960 de 1970. Su ejecutoria será de diez (10) días contados a partir de la desfijación del edicto.
