La programación que se realice a través de las estaciones de radiodifusión sonora podrá ser transmitida o retransmitida en idiomas distintos al castellano, siempre y cuando no exceda del diez por ciento (10%) del horario de transmisión de la estación y con ello se procure la finalidad del servicio de que trata el artículo 4º de este Decreto. No estará sometida a esta limitación, la programación musical.
