ARTICULO 3.1.1.2.- REQUISITOS PARA ADELANTAR OPERACIONES. De conformidad con lo establecido por el artículo 1.1.2.0.2 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, quienes se propongan adelantar operaciones propias de las instituciones cuya inspección y vigilancia corresponde a la Superintendencia de Valores deberán constituir una de tales entidades de las que trata el inciso 2 del artículo 1.2.1.1 del presente Estatuto, previo el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en el presente Estatuto, y obtener el respectivo certificado de autorización.
