El Ministerio de Obras Públicas, mediante administración directa por conducto del Distrito de Carreteras de Túquerres, llevará a cabo las obras de mejoramiento de las vías a que se contrae el artículo anterior, tomando para ello las sumas necesarias de las apropiaciones que dentro del Presupuesto de cada vigencia fiscal se asignen a la construcción, ampliación, rectificación y sostenimiento de carreteras nacionales.
