Ley 24 de 1905 · Por el cual se fomenta el establecimiento de bancos Hipotecarios

º. Los Bancos hipotecarios podrán tener en circulación una cantidad de cédulas o billetes igual:

Al monto de los créditos hipotecarios vigentes constituidos á su favor;

Al total importe de las cédulas vendidas y de las emitidas por contratos de constitución de capital o de rentas distintas del de préstamo;

Al total importe de los instalamentos pagados del capital social; y

Más á la mitad del resto de las acciones suscritas y no pagadas.
