Retiro

Cualquier Miembro podrá retirarse del presente Convenio en cualquier momento después de la entrada en vigor de éste notificando por escrito su retiro al depositario. Este Miembro deberá informar simultáneamente por escrito al Consejo de la decisión que ha tomado.

El retiro conforme a este artículo tendrá efecto 30 días después de que el depositario reciba dicha notificación.
