Los Cabos De Guardas Y Los Guardas, Los Nombrará El Ministerio Por Medio De Resoluciones, Y Los Inspectores Generales Indicarán Los Candidatos, Los Que Se Aceptarán O No, De Acuerdo Con Sus Antecedentes

Los Cabos de Guardas y los Guardas, los nombrará el Ministerio por medio de Resoluciones, y los Inspectores Generales indicarán los candidatos, los que se aceptarán o no, de acuerdo con sus antecedentes.

Parágrafo

Los Inspectores Generales ordenarán la posesión de los empleados de que trata este artículo, sin otro requisito que el aviso del Ministerio sobre la providencia tomada.
