° Los Oficiales de reserva que estén en servicio activo, sea por tiempo determinado o indeterminado, según lo establecido en los artículos anteriores, tendrán los derechos y prerrogativas de los Oficiales de actividad, con el cincuenta por ciento del sueldo en el primer caso, y con sueldo íntegro en el segundo.
