La importación al territorio nacional de los bienes clasificados en la partida arancelaria 1701 "Azúcar de caña o remolacha y sacarosa químicamente pura, en estado sólido", originarios y/o procedentes de Venezuela, únicamente podrá realizarse por los lugares habilitados que para tal efecto señale el Director de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales.
