No podrán ser adjudicados como baldíos los bosques nacionales que se declaren o que se hayan declarado reservados por el Gobierno, y aquellos donde prevalezcan, en lotes no menores de cincuenta (50) hectáreas, plantaciones naturales de tagua, caucho, balata, chicle, quina, pita, henequén, jengibre o maderas preciosas que se destinen a la exportación.
