Article 30

Para Poder Solicitar Una Visa Ordinaria Es Indispensable: A) No Hallarse Comprendido En Los Impedimentos Para La Admisión A Que Se Refiere El Artículo 6° Del Presente Decreto; B) Ejercer Profesión, Arte, Oficio, Industria O Comercio Que Le Permita Vivir Decorosamente En El Territorio Nacional A Él Y A Sus Parientes, Dentro Del Cuarto Grado De Consanguinidad, Segundo De Afinidad O Primero Civil, Autorizados Por Esta Misma Clase De Visa; O Haber Celebrado Un Contrato De Trabajo Con Persona Natural O Jurídica Legalmente Establecida En El País

Para poder solicitar una visa ordinaria es indispensable

No hallarse comprendido en los impedimentos para la admisión a que se refiere el artículo 6° del presente Decreto;

Ejercer profesión, arte, oficio, industria o comercio que le permita vivir decorosamente en el territorio nacional a él y a sus parientes, dentro del cuarto grado de consanguinidad, segundo de afinidad o primero civil, autorizados por esta misma clase de visa; o haber celebrado un contrato de trabajo con persona natural o jurídica legalmente establecida en el país.
