Art. 47. Los autos de fenecimiento en el juicio de las cuentas mensuales ó generales en que se deduzcan alcances, son apelables para ante la Sala de la Oficina general de Cuentas, interponiendo el respectivo empleado ó responsable el recurso en el acto de la notificación ó dentro de los cinco días siguientes, por escrito separado que presentará al empleado encargado de hacerle la notificación, ó á su Secretario. De la presentación de este escrito se pondrá nota por dicho empleado ó Secretario, expresando el día y la hora en que tuviere lugar.
