Las equivalencias de los grados Navales con los del Ejército serán, dentro de los Oficiales, las siguientes:

Contraalmirante equivalente a General.

Capitán de Navío equivalente a Coronel.

Capitán de Fragata equivalente a Teniente Coronel.

Capitán de Corbeta equivalente a Mayor.

Teniente de Navío equivalente a Capitán.

Subteniente de Navío equivalente Teniente.

Guardiamarina equivalente a Subteniente.

Alférez equivalente a Alférez.

Cadete equivalente a Cadete.

Parágrafo

Con el personal de Clases y Marinería y el de Suboficiales del Ejército no existirá equivalencia por falta de analogía en sus conocimientos y funciones profesionales.
