Queda prohibida la venta de específicos y el ejercicio de la odontología en cualquiera de sus ramas, en las calles, plazas y lugares públicos. Las autoridades de policía velarán por el fiel cumplimiento de esta disposición y castigarán con multas de cincuenta a doscientos pesos ($50 a $200) a los infractores de ella, multas que serán convertibles en arresto. Comuníquese y publíquese.
