Los Oficiales de guardia nacional, para los cuales rigen en general las disposiciones del presente Decreto, estarán en tiempo de paz asignados a las Unidades de dicha entidad que estén organizadas; en su defecto, a las del Ejército activo, en la misma forma que los de reserva.
