° Toda persona natural o jurídica que haya efectuado importaciones de capital al país con anterioridad a la vigencia de este Decreto, y que considere que tiene derecho a reembolso y a giro de rendimientos al Exterior, deberá presentar al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público (Secretaría General), o a la Administración de Hacienda Nacional de su residencia, una solicitud de registro de dicho capital, acompañada de los datos e informes juramentados que determine el Gobierno al reglamentar este Decreto.
