86. Cuando en un proceso fiscal un contratista resultare responsable, los organismos de control fiscal solicitaran a la autoridad administrativa correspondiente la imposición de la sanción respectiva. Para estos efectos la sanción será causal de caducidad del contrato. Vigente desde: 26/01/1993 y hasta el: 14/08/2000
