Art. 9º. En los almacenes de sal vijúa es prohibido entregar buenas cuentas á los compradores del artículo. Toda guía que se presente á los Almacenistas debe despacharse íntegramente el día de su presentación, salvo que ellas se refieren á una cantidad tan considerable de sal que sea imposible pesarla en las horas ordinarias del despacho. En este caso el interesado tiene obligación de ocurrir á tomar el número de arrobas que le queden, al día siguiente á primera hora.
