° Para los defectos en que incurran los establecimientos de crédito en el cumplimiento del porcentaje mínimo del saldo de cartera que deben destinar a vivienda de interés social señalado en el artículo 1° de este Decreto, la Superintendencia Bancaria impondrá en cada caso multas a favor del Tesoro Nacional por el equivalente al cuatro por ciento (4%) del valor del defecto.
