de esta Ley, en la proporción máxima de un diez por ciento (10%) de las reservas que legalmente deben tener para pago de prestaciones sociales. Estos bonos tendrán poder liberatorio a la par, y hasta por un veinte por ciento (20%) para el pago a la Nación de los impuestos de patrimonio, renta y complementarios por parte de las empresas obligadas a las suscripciones.
