º . Quienes hayan cursado estudios en Escuelas Técnicas en el exterior y aspiren a ejercer corno auxiliares de Ingenieros Químicos, deberán convalidar el título en el ICFES, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el Decreto-ley 81 cae 1980 y el Decreto reglamentario 1074 de 1980.
