Anéxase la Ajencia subalterna de Bienes desamortizados del círculo de Magangué, en el Estado de Bolívar, a la Administracion subalterna de Hacienda nacional de esa misma ciudad.

Parágrafo

Al verificarse la anexion se practicarán las dilijencias prevenidas por el inciso 10 del artículo 4.° del decreto número 265 de 1874 (18 de julio), "en ejecucion de los artículos 2,° 8,° 9,° 10, 12, 13 i 16 de la lei 58 del mismo año."
