El artículo 1º de la ley 66 de 1968 quedará así: El Gobierno Nacional a través del Superintendente Bancario ejercerá la inspección y vigilancia de las actividades relacionadas con la enajenación de inmuebles destinados a vivienda y sobre el otorgamiento de créditos para la adquisición de lotes o viviendas o para la construcción de las mismas.
