Cuando los que comparezcan ante el Juzgado de Menores falten, de palabra o por escrito, al respeto, consideración y obediencia debidos a la autoridad, después de amonestados, si insistieren, podrán ser sancionados con multa hasta de veinte pesos ($ 20) y con arresto hasta de cinco días.
