°. Vigencia . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación en el Diario Oficial y deroga la Resolución 3 de 1995 del Consejo Superior de Comercio Exterior. Para los productores cuyos bienes se encuentren registrados como bienes nacionales a la entrada en vigor del presente decreto, la vigencia de dicho registro se mantendrá hasta su vencimiento.
