Article 6

El Valor Del Seguro Por Concepto De La Invalidez Del Funcionario Vinculado A La Rama Jurisdiccional, Sufrida Como Consecuencia De Hechos Violentos Por Las Circunstancias A Que Se Refiere El Presente Decreto, Se Liquidará Conforme A Los Porcentajes Que Se Establecen A Continuación: A) Cuando La Incapacidad Laboral Del Funcionario Fuere O Excediere Del 95% El Valor De La Indemnización Será Igual A La Indemnización Por Muerte; B) Cuando La Incapacidad Laboral Del Funcionario Fuere O Excediere Del 75% Sin Pasar Del 95% El Valor De La Indemnización Será Del 75% Del Monto De La Indemnización Por Muerte; C) Cuando La Incapacidad Laboral Del Funcionario Fuere O Excediere Del 50% Y Sea Inferior Al 75%, La Indemnización Será Igual Al 50% Del Valor De La Indemnización Por Muerte

º El valor del seguro por concepto de la invalidez del funcionario vinculado a la Rama Jurisdiccional, sufrida como consecuencia de hechos violentos por las circunstancias a que se refiere el presente Decreto, se liquidará conforme a los porcentajes que se establecen a continuación

a)

Cuando la incapacidad laboral del funcionario fuere o excediere del 95% el valor de la indemnización será igual a la indemnización por muerte;

b)

Cuando la incapacidad laboral del funcionario fuere o excediere del 75% sin pasar del 95% el valor de la indemnización será del 75% del monto de la indemnización por muerte;

c)

Cuando la incapacidad laboral del funcionario fuere o excediere del 50% y sea inferior al 75%, la indemnización será igual al 50% del valor de la indemnización por muerte.
