El Funcionario Destructor Ordenará El Remate De La Mercancía Y El Pago De Las Participaciones A Denunciantes Y Aprehensores, Una Vez Comprobada Alguna De Las Circunstancias Que A Continuación Se Indican: A) Llegada De La Mercancía A Bordo De Nave O Aeronave Despachada En Lastre; B) Introducción De Mercancía Por Lugares De La Costa O De Las Fronteras Terrestres No Habilitados Para Ello, Sin Justificación Legal; C) Descargue De Mercancía Carente De Documentos En Aeropuertos No Habilitados Como Internacionales Sin Causa Justificativa, Y D) Hallazgo De Mercancía Carente De Documentación A Bordo De Nave Despachada En Cabotaje

°. El funcionario destructor ordenará el remate de la mercancía y el pago de las participaciones a denunciantes y aprehensores, una vez comprobada alguna de las circunstancias que a continuación se indican

a)

Llegada de la mercancía a bordo de nave o aeronave despachada en lastre;

b)

Introducción de mercancía por lugares de la costa o de las fronteras terrestres no habilitados para ello, sin justificación legal;

c)

Descargue de mercancía carente de documentos en aeropuertos no habilitados como internacionales sin causa justificativa, y

d)

Hallazgo de mercancía carente de documentación a bordo de nave despachada en cabotaje.
