Articulo 2° Los contratos a que se refiere él articulo anterior se harán únicamente por los diez meses del año lectivo, pero podrá estipularse en ellos su prorroga por anualidades sucesivas, a voluntad de las partes contratantes y siempre que el servicio contratado se haya prestado satisfactoriamente, a juicio del Gobierno.
