Article 5

Las Entidades A Que Se Refiere Este Decreto Para Poder Percibir Los Porcentajes Señalados En El Artículo1º, Deberán Cumplir Los Siguientes Requisitos: A) Acreditar, Con Copias Del Respectivo Presupuesto, Las Apropiaciones Correspondientes A Los Porcentajes A Su Cargo

º Las entidades a que se refiere este Decreto para poder percibir los porcentajes señalados en el artículo1º, deberán cumplir los siguientes requisitos

a)

Acreditar, con copias del respectivo presupuesto, las apropiaciones correspondientes a los porcentajes a su cargo. Estas apropiaciones no podrán ser contracreditadas o transferidas para otros fines de servicio;

b)

Cumplir con los requisitos fiscales que señale la Contraloría General de la República, para efectos del manejo de los fondos.
