Constituyen delitos de imprenta:

1.

Las publicaciones ofensivas, o sea, aquellas en que se atenta a la honra de las personas;

2.

Las publicaciones Subversivas o sea, aquellas en que se atenta contra el orden social y la tranquilidad pública; y

3.

Las contravenciones a la presente ley que no se hallen comprendidas en los 2 ordinales anteriores.
