Ley 54 de 1876 · Que reconoce al antiguo Coronel Fructuoso del Castillo la pensión que lejítimamente le corresponde

Artículo único. Desde la publicación de la presente lei tendrá derecho el Coronel inválido Fructuoso del Castillo al pago que se le hará del Tesoro nacional de una pensión igual a las dos terceras partes del sueldo de actividad de su grado militar, conforme a las antiguas disposiciones sobre sueldos i pensiones de los militares, que le reconocian aquel derecho.

Parágrafo

Dicha pensión será pagada al Coronel del Castillo en los mismos términos que las concedidas a los militares de la Independencia.
