La Corte Suprema, si encontrare justificada la primera de las causales de casación de que habla esta Ley, o sea la violación de la ley penal sustantiva, invalidara el fallo y dictara el que deba reemplazarlo. Lo propio se aplicara cuando encontrare justificadas la tercera o cuarta de dichas causales.
