Articulo 57. El concordato será aprobado por el Superintendente de Sociedades si reúne los requisitos legales y se hará constar en acta que firmaran únicamente aquél o su delegado y el funcionario que se designe como secretario para la respectiva audiencia. Con dicha acta se procederá como se indica en los artículos 34 y 35.
