Cuando el bien que se ha reintegrado al patrimonio del Estado consista en especies muebles o en semovientes, podrán sacarse a venta por medio de licitación pública, con observancia de las disposiciones legales sobre la materia; el denunciante puede entrar en la licitación, sin que esté obligado a consignar el respectivo porcientaje.
