Los materiales de construcción que se introduzcan con destino a la edificación de los estadios de que trata esta Ley, una vez aprobados los planos y presupuestos por el Ministerio de Educación, quedarán exentos de derecho de aduana y de puerto, mediante solicitud hecha al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
